Sheri Gaster

Sheri joined AIRINC’s Advisory Services team in 2023, bringing with her over two decades of experience in Global Mobility. Throughout her career, Sheri has collaborated with numerous clients across diverse industries and locations, working both in corporate and outsourced environments. Her work has focused on devising Global Mobility talent strategies, programs to increase employee satisfaction and engagement, international compensation data analysis, and developing and implementing effective international compensation policies. She has also collaborated with clients and prospects to create tailored technology solutions that align with their Global Mobility strategy. She has worked at Windham International, Merrill Lynch, KPMG (which included an expatriate assignment in The Netherlands), ORC, Mercer, and Equus Software. Sheri holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from St. Mary’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas A&M University.
