On March 19, the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Shanghai brought China’s global mobility community together.
AIRINC was honored to be invited as one of the guest speakers at this global mobility conference again this year. This conference was only open to those working in corporate HR and Global Mobility. There were around 100 HR professionals from both multinational and Chinese companies attending this full-day event.
The conference started off with a panel discussion from four Corporate HR professionals to explore and discuss the key trends and challenges in Mobility. It was very interesting to hear from the panel that the companies are also focusing on flexibility and employee experience in navigating the future of Mobility. Throughout the session, there were also roundtable discussions, which allowed the attendees to share experiences, exchange ideas, and develop practical solutions in smaller groups. It was a valuable opportunity to deepen understanding and apply insight from the panel discussion to strategies for managing the future of Global Mobility.
AIRINC was proud to be one of the sponsors and had the opportunity to speak about the mobility trends from our latest 2024 Mobility Outlook Survey, as well as share some typical market practices around the long-term assignment. We ended our session with a case study that resonated with the audience well and received a lot of good feedback.
