Worker shortages, cost pressures, and new talent philosophies are driving Mobility programs to use Domestic & International One-Way Transfers more than ever. Mobility teams need a quick and easy way to estimate relocation costs. We are excited to share that AIRINC now supports International & Domestic One-Way Transfer cost estimates in addition to Domestic & International Net-To-Net Salary comparisons.

AIRINC’s Assignment Cost Estimator (ACE) automates cost estimates by combining expert tax logic and curated data for 50+ line items in an easy-to-use tool. Users can run reports in just a few moments, edit policy benefits on-the-fly, and save their calculations so they can come back and make edits with just a few clicks. ACE already calculated Long-Term, Short-Term, Commuter, and Host Plus policies. Now, with the addition of Domestic & International One-Way Transfers, you will have a one-stop shop to produce instant cost estimates.

We are excited about this enhancement and hope you are as well. Please reach out to your AIRINC account manager if you are interested in learning more about AIRINC’s Assignment Cost Estimator.
