- 48% of respondents indicated “Yes” that Domestic Relocation policies need to be revamped.
- 48% of respondents indicated “Yes” but only small changes are needed.
- Only 16% of respondents indicated “No” that Domestic Relocation policies do not need to change.
It seems it is time to rethink our Domestic Relocation policies! As we seek to integrate remote work options, deal with housing shortages, and seek to accommodate employee preferences, it will be exciting to watch how this space evolves.
