Emily joined AIRINC in 2001 as Manager of the Housing Data Department. In that role she was responsible for analyzing rent and utility data and supervising survey staff in housing data collection. In 2006, Emily moved into a direct client engagement role, providing specialized advice and service to corporate, government, and NGO clients with large or complex housing programs. Today, Emily is a manager in the Analysis and Delivery Department and is AIRINC’s senior expatriate housing expert. She works with clients to establish housing levels, maintains and updates client data, analyzes client housing program data and living patterns, performs special research projects, advises on housing policy and best practices, and investigates housing challenges at host locations. Within AIRINC, she assists with all housing related work including: client communications, marketing, product development, benchmark studies, internal policy, processes, methodology, and staff training. Emily has conducted in-depth housing studies in dozens of cities including Mumbai, Sao Paulo, Dubai, Hong Kong, London, New York, and Shanghai. Prior to joining AIRINC Emily worked in the financial services industry. She holds a B.A. in politics from Mount Holyoke College.
