Are you seeking a creative solution to help your employees afford a home in these markets?

Introducing AIRINC's U.S. Domestic Housing Premium! Designed to provide a location-relevant payment, the premium helps your employees purchase a house in high-cost locations. It is an allowance that can be provided as a one-time or a tapered payment.

The Premium is an allowance based on current house purchase costs in a destination location, directly tying the amount of the payment to the cost of housing, where help is needed most.

An alternative to the traditional Domestic COLA, the premium is designed to target housing only, and differs from a typical salary-based COLA, which is limited by the amount the employee earns.
