    To better understand the wants and needs of young professionals, Grace Kernohan held a discussion with AIRINC employees under 35 to share their personal values and professional perspectives. Paired with that discussion, this article focuses on how Mobility can tailor their policies and practices to better support the talent that the business invests in.

She graduated from Union College in 2017 with a BS in mathematics and economics. She is based in Cambridge, MA.
