The Power of Team Building

Recently, the APAC team participated in our annual team-building event at an Escape Room. Divided into two groups, we embarked on consecutive games of 'Supernote' and 'Qin Immortal Life'. After the first round of games, a coach provided a debrief, allowing us to review the strengths and weaknesses of both groups and identify areas for improvement.

With this insider knowledge, both teams achieved better results in our second game, with one team successfully escaping the room and the other completing an impressive 70% of the game. The experience taught us the value of better time management, effective communication, and seamless collaboration. These factors greatly enhance the team's effectiveness and cohesion. 

Following the thrilling Escape Room adventure, we gathered for a team dinner at a delightful Taiwanese hot pot restaurant. The food was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Back to the office, what is coming up for the team?

We are currently organizing roundtable events in Singapore and Melbourne. These corporate-only, interactive events provide attendees with the opportunity to discuss mobility challenges, learn from mobility peers about their strategies for the final quarter of the year, and glean the best practices from AIRINC's latest policy-related surveys. And, of course, there will be plenty of time to network!
