Manage Your Housing Budgets with AIRINC

Housing can be one of the most emotional aspects of an assignment: securing a safe and comfortable rental is often top of mind for your employees and their families. On the other hand, housing costs can be one of the most expensive elements of an assignment. Getting a housing budget right helps manage your company’s overall costs while reducing exceptions and improving the employee experience.

    Do you need...

    • Realistic at-the-ready housing budgets?
AIRINC's housing budgets are based on our continuous surveys and benchmarks of typical allowances across the income and family size spectrum.

    • A holistic approach to your housing budgets?
AIRINC's data is based on local market research, supporting equivalency across different locations, which allows you to apply a consistent methodology to your global program.

    • Custom housing allowances specific to your company's philosophy?
We can customize the housing allowance to support a company-specific worksites or to tailor allowances to your preferred methodology.

    • Support understanding allowances, addressing exception requests, or learning more about prevailing housing market conditions?
Receive detailed information about housing in your locations via our International Housing Guide (IHG) or ask our dedicated housing experts.
