Ashley joined AIRINC’s Client Engagement team in 2024. He has over 20 years’ experience in Global Mobility with a primary focus on expatriate compensation consulting, service, and technology. Prior to joining AIRINC, Ashley worked with a cloud-based, global mobility technology solutions software company, where he advised clients on how to implement and utilize an international assignment management platform. In addition, he directed global compensation services for a leading relocation management company, managing assignment allowance pay administration, split-payroll, shadow payroll, tax year-end reporting and total cost reporting for multinational corporations with fully outsourced mobility programs. He also worked at an HR consulting firm, assisting corporate clients with their expatriate compensation data needs, advising them on competitive pay practices and designing or redesigning their mobility policies. Ashley holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California, Davis. He has resided on or visited five of the world’s seven continents, including many cities or countries in Asia, Africa, North America, Europe, and Australia.
