Whether you're new to Global Mobility or you've been in the industry for a while, do you need a refresher on the basics of the Cost-of-Living Allowance (COLA) and exchange rates? Join us for one or both of the webinars in our Back to Basics series!  We are repeating the sessions across multiple time zones.  If you're unable to join us live, you can still register to receive the recording afterwards.

 

## Back to Basics: The COLA

Join us for an interactive 30-minute session where we will discuss:

- Back to basics: the interplay between inflation, exchange rates, and the Cost-of-Living Allowance (COLA)
- How often the COLA should be updated to capture these fluctuations
- How to communicate the COLA with assignees

We will be running three sessions on the COLA:

**Session 2: **November 16 | 10:00 AM Boston / 4:00 PM Brussels
