It’s hard to believe we’ve been running AIRINC Roundtables for three years now. What began as a small gathering of mobility professionals has grown into a strong and supportive community. Every session is a reminder of how valuable it is to come together to share ideas, learn from one another, and talk honestly about what’s working and what’s challenging in global mobility.
At our last Roundtable in July, we partnered with one of our corporate clients for an insightful session on selecting the right mobility partner through the RFP process. We explored what truly makes a difference when evaluating potential providers: cultural fit, technology that supports your goals, and finding partners who bring strategic thinking rather than just transactional support. This topic has been such an area of interest that we recently released a white paper on the RFP process, offering deeper insights and practical guidance for mobility teams looking to make informed partner choices.

The variety of topics we cover always amazes me. It really reflects how the role of global mobility continues to expand and evolve. What once focused mainly on logistics and compliance now includes strategy, employee experience, flexibility, and business impact. Seeing how our community navigates this growth together is one of the most rewarding parts of hosting these sessions.
Our next AIRINC Roundtable will take place on Thursday, December 4th, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Huone Singapore (3D River Valley Road #03-01, Singapore 179023).
