This summer I took 5 weeks and worked while exploring the East Coast from Massachusetts to Florida in a small travel trailer.   I enjoyed tackling a couple outdoor playground bucket list items and visiting kids at university. Given I am a 15-year vet of [remote work](https://www.air-inc.com/remote-work/) I also wanted to continue to work full time to see if I could take working from anywhere one step further…remoter work!

[Ben Cross](https://www.linkedin.com/in/dbencross/) at [Love + Relo](https://www.linkedin.com/company/loveandrelo/) invited me to have a casual chat with him near the tail end of my excursion to discuss remote work, including a little tea spilling around living mobile while working full time, as well as some great discussion around the future of work, [compensation](https://www.air-inc.com/library/addressing-current-compensation-challenges/), and how [mobility](https://www.air-inc.com/library/from-mobility-to-mobilisation/) can increase their value to the business in these times. I am stoked to plan the next jaunt and spend even more time out exploring while making the remote office even more efficient.   You can check out the full interview [here](https://youtu.be/KBrDn-njsZo).
