    Assignments Policy Benchmark Survey!

Although international assignments are often motivated by business needs, there is a category of “hand-raising” assignments driven by employee request. Also called terms such as employee-driven, employee-accommodation, or employee-initiated assignments, these are international assignments which are personally requested by the employee. The reasons for these volunteer assignments can be personal or professional.

Take AIRINC’s survey focused on international volunteer assignments to discover if and why companies are offering these arrangements, eligibility criteria to qualify, policy provisions and more.

Please note, while international remote work may fall under this umbrella in your mobility program, it is not the focus of the survey unless specifically addressed.
