AIRINC and Benivo: Entry-Level Employee Policy Survey

This survey's focus is on mobility for entry-level employees - graduates, graduate trainees, interns, self-initiated moves, lump sum moves, new cross-border junior level hires and other entry-level employees. The survey covers both national and global relocations on either a temporary or permanent basis.

Note that this survey does NOT cover assignees under a conventional long-term policy. The goal of this survey is to help educate you on trends in the talent mobility approach for entry level employee populations and benchmark your company's approach to developing norms in the market. Your responses will only be used to analyse entry-level employee best practices. When compiling results, marketing and publishing the survey, we may mention your organisation's participation.

Please take 10 minutes to complete the survey and we envisage releasing the benchmarking results in April / May 2018.

The survey closes on March 18th, 2018. Anyone who completes the survey will receive a copy of the benchmarking results.
