Mary Ellen Myhr leads the development of Borderless Pay Insights; a participant-driven new way to assess total reward for the most senior and critical talent of global companies across borders. Working with top Total Reward executives, she is developing the concept and facilitates the establishment of data methodologies, the design of the interactive, on-line tool, and expanding the membership. She also participates in the development of AIRINC's business and marketing strategies to deliver innovative solutions to client challenges and manages several key client engagements. Drawing from more than 25 years of experience in workforce globalization, she contributes to thought-leadership by writing white papers and journal articles, presenting webinars, speaking at conferences, and serving on industry advisory and planning committees. Mary Ellen has a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College and completed the MA in Industrial Relations Program at the University of Minnesota.
