AIRINC has presented at Expat Academy events for several years, especially in Europe and Asia Pacific. On June 30, Morgan Crosby and Inez Nomidis are excited to join the first Expat Academy U.S. Network Huddle to share information on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and Global Mobility.

The Networks are a chance to get together and discuss current hot topics, share challenges and solutions, and gain an understanding of broader market practice.

AIRINC's recent survey showed that many companies are currently focused on enhancing their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. Global mobility professionals are being asked to adapt their policies to follow suit. But translating overall company initiatives into the mobility landscape isn’t as easy as one would hope.

Morgan and Inez will reflect on the survey and market practice.

The event takes place virtually via Zoom meetings (how we look forward to returning to in-person events!).

    The agenda includes:

    • Immigration update from Courtney Brooks Noce, Greenberg Traurig, LLP
    • How Global Mobility can take a lead role to support business recovery
    • Discussing your questions about the latest challenges in Global Mobility
